Robert B. Kramer, President and Co-Founder, has 25+ years experience with startups, IT companies, real estate development and working with all size businesses. Robert has an MBA in International Marketing and International Studies in London, UK. Robert brings deep experience that includes managing teams, owning businesses and handling their operations, including full marketing efforts, working with enterprise softwares, coordinating new market penetration, pre-sales and in-depth marketing strategies. As a Business and Marketing Professor, Robert teaches Digital Marketing, Marketing Strategies, Marketing Research and Business Analytics at Lindenwood University and Old Dominion University.
Jason Rosenberg, M.D., Director of Innovation and Co-Founder, is a Dermatologist at Madison Medical Affiliates. He provides general and inpatient Dermatology care for the Greater Milwaukee Area. Dr. Rosenberg graduated with a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Kansas. His medical school training was at the University of Kansas Medical Center. He completed his Internship in Internal Medicine at Rush University Medical Center, and his Residency in Dermatology at The Medical College of Wisconsin.
Ron Kramer, VP Sales and Co-Founder, has 45 years experience starting and managing businesses at high levels. Mr. Kramer was founder and CEO of Parasol Systems, a computer software company specializing in software solutions for the chemical industry with coast to coast sales and support. He was a co-founder and VP of Operations of RJ York Development, a high end residential and commercial development company. He has been an investor and advisor to startup companies at all levels and received a Business Administration and Accounting degree from University of Missouri and was a licensed Missouri real estate and insurance broker.
George Ladner, Textile Innovation of Sales, founded two textile companies, an international textile marketing company and an internet-based sourcing/distribution company. He also served as CFO a textile printing company. He is President of Altum, Inc., an advisory firm, a Director of a Wall Street hedge fund, and adjunct professor at UNC. Mr. Ladner is a graduate of University of Michigan and received an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Peter Hauser, Ph.D Chief Textile Scientist, After receiving his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the Department of Chemistry at North Carolina State University, Dr. Hauser began a career as an industrial research chemist that spanned twenty four years and included positions with several textile manufacturers and textile chemical producers. He holds ten U.S. patents in the areas of soil release, flame retardancy, and low pollution dyeing. He has traveled extensively in the United States, Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia. In 1997, Dr. Hauser joined the faculty of the Wilson College of Textiles at NC State University. He has published extensively in the textile chemistry literature and is the co-author of "Chemical Finishing of Textiles" published by Woodhead Publishing of Cambridge, England.
Doug Stanley, Textile Innovation and Sales, worked for Chatham Manufacturing Company in design and product development of yarns and upholstery product and served as VP Marketing and Sales at Texturing Services, Inc., a producer of air jet textured continuous filament yarns, commingled filament & spun/filament combinations. He has a BS in Textile Technology from North Carolina State University College of Textiles.
Susan Lynn, Commercial Director, brings to the organization extensive experience in Product Development, Global Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain and Project Management, New Business Development & Marketing, Textiles and Material Innovation, Industry Analysis, Marketing Strategy and Product Positioning. She began her career in retail management and apparel product development providing her experience and insight that allowed her to later successfully liaison between brands and retailers and raw material suppliers and textile mills. Susan’s 25+ years with industry leaders DuPont, Hercules, and Indorama Ventures affords her a unique skillset and understanding of the entire textile and apparel value chain.
John Ciannamea, Director of Intellectual Property, has been involved in IP licensing and sales and represented companies ranging from Fortune 50 to early stage companies. Mr. Ciannamea has assisted with numerous IP transactions generally representing the seller and licensor. He has worked as a venture capital investor, co-founded companies, and severed as CFO in several businesses. He has BS and MS degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Les Shenberg, Textile Innovation and Sales, has more than 30 years of experience in the textile and apparel manufacturing industry. He began his career with one of the leading uniform and career apparel companies in the United States. As Vice President of Operations, he was in charge of Domestic and International sourcing of fabrics, production, product development, customer design, sales and service. Mr. Shenberg then moved to the retail industry, to help develop and implement testing and inspection standards for private label manufactured products for a chain of retail stores. Les is a graduate of Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville.
David H. Chervitz, General Counsel, has been a patent attorney for 35 years. He received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Washington University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri. He specializes in Intellectual Property Law including Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights, Trade Secrets, Trade Dress, Unfair Competition, Franchise Matters, Computer Law and Related Litigation and Licensing Matters with expertise in the Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology areas. Admitted to the bar, 1986, Missouri.
